Putra Jaya Lake Cruising: My actings of the day

Putra Jaya Lake Cruising: My actings of the day by Yousef Imran

Three generations of us consisting of I, Yousef Imran the latest breed, my parents and aunt the 'chain-link' breed, and the oldest breed, the parents of my parents were on board cruising Putra Jaya lake. Belimbing (taken from the name of one of our local fruits Belimbing or star fruit) is the name of our cruiser.
In this type of escapade I prefer to be on my own. But of course not money wise. So I have my own way. I did it my own way, to quote one of the lyrics from a song My Way by Frank Sinatra.

When every body were already in and took their seats at the front part of the cruiser, I went to a rear seat. I was alone standing
on the seat to have a clear view outside. Wah it was so scenic and beautiful that one could imagine. So much so that I had to close my eyes to be part of the scenery acting as the guardian  of the environment. 'No pollution , please', my heart tickled.

I then sat down smiling, showing off my beautiful teeth. My eyes still closed. I was in the imaginary mood. "How beautiful the world is if there are no bad man. Only good man like me exist".

But I must open my eyes the widest possible in order to see the reality. I could not afford to be alone. Sitting together with me is my aunt. I need somebody and the somebody needs me. We are complementing each other. Yeah I must be happy to live in this world whatever colour it may appear. So I smile.

My grandma was also smiling. Not my grandpa or tokpa. He was in deep thinking. "Relax tokpa, this is not the end of the world. Let's move forward".

So finally what did I do?

Finally I was looking around searching for those two generations-my parents and my grand parents. I needed them very badly. But I certainly missed my cousin Naqib. He was in a cable car ascending Genting Highlands.
